I started using NeilMed Sinus Rinse approx. 100 days ago, after having sinus surgery. Since then, I've been having problems with my heart pounding, and trouble sleeping. Anyone else experiencing this? I would like very much to find out if it's from the NeilMed, or if I need to start looking elsewhere. Zyrtec works best for me out of all of the allergy drugs on the market. The only problem I have is that you need to start taking it weeks before allergy season in order for it to be effective.
