I'm not getting the relief I used to with the old style albuterol puffers. It doesn't make sense that one would have to inhale deeper when that is the very reason we are using the albuterol to begin with. Since I have started using the Proair, my activities have been reduced.

I tend to get headaches a lot and the Advile really helps alleviate the pain. I normally take 2 tabs every 3 days and it works really well for me.

My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult. But I try, really hard.,
