Changing to this synthetic analogue, described to me as "the greatest thing for Type 1 diabetics" by my diabetic team was a decision I now deeply regret. they have given me shackey hands,have caused hair loss and after over 20years of taking them they keep me awake and i only take them as the side effects of stopping this drug causes panick attacks and is horrendous,my doctor has now said they have to go But i have to do this in two weeks! But she will then replace them with an up to date drug!

I think my pain is better when I take it. The easycaps are hard for me to swallow for some reason so I don't take it regularly. I really like that it is plant based with large enough amounts to actually do some good!

I recently started menopause and it actually came much earlier for me. I had been experiencing really bad moodswings and I feel as though this hormone pill really helped control that. It works well for me. Makes me feel better. My levels were very low and now they are stable. Since I’ve always had problems with my bones it was urgent that I took something that would help me increase my levels. The only thing I don’t like is that it tastes horrible and I have to take it iced tea or orange juice.
