When I first started Effexor (at 37.5mg), it was like a Godsend. I felt immediately like things were going to change with my life. Trileptal has been overall a life changing drug for me. I have had the occasional breakthrough seizure while on the medication, but not nearly as many as I had before I started taking it. I am very satisfied with trileptal.

I will be starting tonight but i am hesitant as I take Keppra for sezures and my doctor wants me on pristiq to help with my memory. Is there anyone else on this medicine that is also taking Keppra XR?

The first few nights that I applied Erycette, also known as Ery 2% Pads, my skin started feeling smoother and less oily. Have been taking Topamax for about 5 years for migraines. At one point I was up to 300 mg/day but am now down to 200 mg/day. This medication has been challenging at times. I have experienced all the typical side effects to varying degrees. The most challenging side effect for me is the speech aphasia that I experience.
