I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. Lutera was easily adaptable to my body. I had little to no side effects. It's been very effective when used regularly. I have been taking Lutera for 3 years and wouldn't want to change my perscription to any other brand.
