After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied. It helps remove acne, but it doesnt completely get everything or work all of the time. It also leaves an unpleasant residue on your skin as well as makes your skin dry.

Took melatonin 300 mg for 4 nights. Excellent sleep first 2 nights; Unremarkable sleep 3rd night; vivid dreams and "drugged" feeling 4th night. Strange body odor and taste in mouth. 5th day, strange stomach distention (very mild gas), slight dizziness, grogginess. I have Hashimoto's so perhaps melatonin is contraindicted for daily use. Will continue to use occasionally for insomnia, but not more than 2 nights a week.

I stoped taking it after two years as i realized it was destroying my eyesight, liver and kidneys....I went to ayurvedic treatment and never looked back!! that was 8 years ago. The doctors wanted me to carry on for another 8 years. I refused.
