When I was diagnosed with UC in December 09 and was prescribed Asacol and a restricted diet, it took a while to get back on my feet and normal again. I was afraid to start eating again, but slowly starting putting foods back in. There are some I can never eat again, but that's okay. My weight returned and I am stronger and healthier than before. I don't like the "thinning/lossing" hair, but I manage.

Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. This remained in a steady-state for about 6 months and then I noticed that I was feeling excessively tired during the day and had severe trouble focusing and concentrating. I was constantly complaining about pain in my arthritis knuckles, hands and knees sister said here try this (Penetrex) my husband swears by it i said no, I have tried "Australian Dream" and it did not work and it was a rip off again she insisted that I try Penetrex next morning she inquired about my arthritis-- I said you know I forgot about my knuckles because they don't hurt !! PENETREX WORKS !! YEA!!
