It is now about 2 1/2 weeks I have been taking Zyflamend. I have Osteoarthritis in my shoulders as well as tears and subluxated bicep tendons, osteo in my elbows, wrists,fingers, and feet. This medication has helped me to be more pain free than when I took prescription drugs. Sudafed PE

When I get the flu, I usually try a few over the counter medicines before going to see the doctor. I've tried sudafed in the past and it works ok, but it usually makes me really drowsy. If it makes me too drowsy, I will usually switch to another cold/flu medication.

Vicks 44 Cough relief cools down my burning throat when I cough constantly. It is actually one of my favorite over the counter medicine because of the fact that it doesn't have such strong side effects like Motrin.

Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. I was started on Spiriva. Within 6 months I weighed 196 lb. and my A1c started to rise despite no change in diet or exercise. I went on a strict 1200 calorie diet, but couldn't lose. I was on Junel for a 2 or 3 years. I absolutely loved it. I went through a year and a half of hit and misses with many different types of birth controls. I did not gain weight, I actually lost a lot of weight and maintained a great weight or have depression. However, I did have a difference in my sex drive right before I quit taking it due to money troubles. Went to the doctor after about two years of being in constant bummed-out moods. He diagnosed me with dysthymia (mild, chronic depressed state), and prescribed me with Celexa. After about a year, my moods are much improved and normalized, I can concentrate on tasks better, and I don't dwell on negative experiences. The main issue with the medication is that I think it makes me a bit more tired, though I have always required a lot of sleep.
