Started taking this primarily because migraines were out of control (2+/week lasting 1-3 days) and their intensity seemed to covary with night sweat severity. Gynecologist agreed that migraines might be due to low estrogen. Within 3 weeks--Stopped 90% of the migraines and reduced the intensity of those that remained. Night sweats stopped completely. d oly thing i dont like about it is it can drop ur sugar level in ur blood too low and dat can be dangerous but dat in most cases can only happen if u take it without eating
