I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it. I took lysteda three years, symthoms got way worse, lost hair, miserable, went to new doctor, needed surgery, for large fibroid and polyp, took one hour , and never bled again, should of did this a long time ago, three months and feel great, get second apinion, or third, I did, wish I did not waist so much time, was not worth it, I was on sofa one week a month for over three years, even on the lysteda, get help.
