Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. I started to have mood swings and severe pain everywhere and the pill actually lowered my potassium level instead of making it higher as advertised. i am finally switching to something else after numerous blood tests trying to find out what was wrong with me. it happens to be that Yaz was making me fall apart. i hate it! It is a great supplement to help regulate my heartbeat and make my blood pressure better but it has an aweful taste and texture if you get the liquid form and if you take the pill form you can barely stomach to swallow it because they are so big.

Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult. But I try, really hard.,

I kid you not, this is a wonderful softgel. I am so excited and extremely overjoyed that both my big toes are absolutely PAIN FREE. I broke these toes years ago and they have caused me total discomfort, sometimes causing me to cry in anguish. I have been reading about several herbs. After I found out I had allegies my doctor tried a variety of different medicines but none seemed to work. After giving me Zyrtec I felt the relief within an hour. The watery eyes and itchy feelings went away and it felt great to be back to normal.
