I DO NOT recommend tri-sprinted. I changed from Loestrin 1/20 to tri-sprintec this summer (July09) and have had recurrent yeast infections ever since then. I have also gained tons of weight since starting to take this pill. I am changing pills today.

With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. The first time, the drop was extreme so that I discontinued the high blood pressure medication for about 3 months before it returned. Tylenol is not the best for quick enough to relieve pain. it is however good in slowing down the pain. for example, it works well on relieving y headache, menstrual pain, and occasionally the cold. the cold doesn't stop but its not as severe. i don't necessarily depend on it, but once in a while it helps me get a little bit better than i was.

Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. Have been on norethisterone for 2 years to combat the condition, can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. No more disability from the extreme pain, no more exhaustion. This is being given to my child to fight a MRSA infection that required surgery. We are hoping to get her switched out of it if her MRSA is susceptible to something else, as the side effects are really unpleasant. Her finger and toe joints are swelling and itchy; she throws up unless given anti-nausea meds; she's not eating; she sleeps a ton. That said, MRSA is also very unpleasant so sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
