For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. Obviously I need to take it so i do...but dealing with the side effects is hard. When I first starting taking Carbimazole it took a long time for it to start working.

Started takin Aleve for knee pain. Developed abdominal pain and couldn't tell if it was bladder or gas. Did not put 2+2 together that it may have been a side effect from the aleve at first. That's how I wound up on this site. Stopped taking it and the abdominal pain went away.
