I have been taking this drug every since I've been in the 5th grade for menstrual cramps. It relieves the pain and to help me function and feel better. It is the only drug that I take for menstrual cramps and nothing else helps. I am very satisfied with this drug.

(Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it. I often take Aleve and it typically does a good job, but I find that Advil is more effective in the case of my stronger headaches.
