I've taken only immediate release niacin. With twice a day dosing, I've never had any liver issues. Every time I try three times a day dosing, I eventually get elevated liver enzymes.

Okay, Day 1 was interesting. I broke in hives where I applied the testim. Note to beginners-only apply on shoulders and upper arms. I made the mistake of putting some on my collarbone and that's were it itches the most. I was using samples the doctor gave me but went to pick up the prescription from Costco. I spoke to the pharmacist and he recommended taking a benadryl when I apply the gel. It works for me since I'll be going to bed soon after. As for the side effects, I do feel a sl... This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

It’s the best ADHD medication I have ever taken! It works so well for me and I have the best concentration. It works for about 4 hours at a time and during that time I can pay attention 100%. It has been such a blessing for me! I went from getting C’s to getting As and Bs.
