This medication along with Prometrium has changed my life. I was a balling maniac. If some one asked how are you doing I would burst into tears. I was having hot flashes that where making me feel like all of a sudden I was thrown into a 500% pizza oven. Now life is good. No more out burst of tear, swollen eyes, of feeling like some one was useing my eye balls for an ice skating rink. THANKS A LOT

Adjusting to the side effects was very difficult for the first year and a half but the worse symptoms (diarrhea and fatigu. ) have abated a lot in the past year . The drug is completely controlling my disease, CML and I am very happy with it.

After almost 18 months of back pain so severe that I could not walk without being in agony for more than 2 minutes, now I can walk with little or no pain, am able to exercise again and so am starting to get fitter and lose weight. Cymbalta change my whole well being. I have blurred vision, severe short term memory loss, anxiety and an electrical shock like sensation when ever there was a loud noise or I was startled. I was taking Cymbalta for nerve pain, which it did help for the first two weeks then all hell broke lose. Stopping Cymbalta was terrible even though I was only on the Cymbalta for 4 weeks.
