I only took this after my wisdom teeth extraction. It was really great for the pain and seemed to even help the swelling go down in my face. The main downside was that it made me intensely sleepy. I basically slept those days away and didn't eat much. Not too much pain though so I was satisfied and came out of the surgery just fine.

I take two Advil PM and then the heartburn starts like it is stuck in my throat. I get restless and the pain does not go away. I toss and turn until I am so tired that I finally go to sleep.

The medication has really helped clear up my roscea but at the expense of my digestive system. I already had IBS with diahhrea and recently had gallbladder surgery so when the diahhrea become worse I blamed it on the surgery but was confused because I didn't notice it to be any worse directly after surgery. It finally hit me that I had resumed Doxycycline Hyclate a few weeks after surgery and after looking up side affects, I now believe the worsing symptoms could very well be the medication.... I had generalized body pain, and paracetamol did not work for me, I don't know why. It is the only medication I know for pain, but it did not work for my body pain.
