It needs to be addressed that this drug can help you and hurt you all at the same time...god forbid you try to get off this drug...its extremely hard...I never ever had cravings to drink..and this stuff made me want to drink like you'd want a chocolate bar or coffee and you know I had to give in..now i'm fighting coming off this drug and the desire for alcohol...neither of which are fun...I have been sober for 6 weeks now...and I can only imagine what this drug has done to my already damaged... I switched to Wellbutrin after weaning myself from Cymbalta. I started taking Wellbutrin two weeks ago, 150 mg. Twice a day. I do smoke, but really wasn't my goal at this time to quit. One day during the first week, cigarettes tasted a little different. Life has become more stressful, losing job due to plant closure and break-up of 2 year relationship. Tussionex sucks in comparison to the hydrocodone/guaifenesin combo products taken off the market. It's time release properties are crap, it doesn't work. The antitussive properties of the hydrocodone component are far less apparent than in previous formulas. Also, very expensive.

This medication was by far the worse treatment I have tried for my severe menstrual cramps. It made me so sick to my stomach that it felt like I had the stomach flu everytime I took it. I couldn't sleep at all, I would have severe night sweats, nausea, diarrhea, and just overall felt like crap. I wish I had never even tried this medication, what a waste of 3 months of my life.
