I was very happy with Yasmin, until I started having full-body numbness. I went to several doctors who ruled out thyroid problems, not enough B-12 or Iron, and nervous system problems. Then I read up on numbness being a symptom, asked my doctor about it and she changed me over to Sprintec until I figure out what birth control I want to go on long-term.

I only received the first shot as a 20 year old law school student, and 3 weeks later was diagnosed with severe RA. I take ibuprofen quite frequently. It is really effective on my daily aches and headaches from my job. A couple of pills work quickly but I have to take them often. They seem to wear off quickly, so it's usually ever 4 hours that I need to take more to completely get rid of my aches.

Nexium has been the only medicine to help with my GERDS. My reflux was so bad it acid bubbled into my nose and I could not breathe; regardless of when I ate!
