During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.

I suffer from Psioratic Arthritis, I am on anti TNF Humira, which mainly controls the Psioriosis however the joint and deforming pain caused by my white blood cells killing my own body tissue joints has been slowed down, the pain or tightness and agravation of the effect still remains, Alcohol helps A LOT, of which it is one or the other before bedtime, My condition is nothing to do with The Gulf War pt1 is it when I was injected with a cocktail of autoimmune system boosting chemicals was it!... from the time I started taking it I have developed a pain under the right side of my rib it feels like my liver or kidney I had all kind of check ups no can't find what is the problem .

It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.
