My daughter is going into junior high and received her tetanus shot along with the first shot of 3 for Gardasil. That was three weeks ago. I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.

I often have to switch my birth control because it doesn't always relieve my pain. Microgestin has been effective until recently. Just last month was a very heavy and painful period. I also had irregular bleeding 2 weeks before my usual period. I'm unsure if this is normal or a problem with Microgestin, but it will be discussed with my doctor. Either way, it was an uncomfortable month and quite inconvenient.

I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. Since about three years I am suffering from 2-3 gout attacks/year (big toe). After taking Diclofenac, the pain disappears after approx.30 minutes and when continuing 3 tablets/day for three days, the attack is over.
