I started taking Lexapro when I was a sophomore in high school after I was finally diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after years of daily symptoms including a fluttery stomach, racing nervous thoughts, uncomfortably noticeable heartbeat, etc. and also occasional panic attacks. I felt like I had taken the wrong medicine. I got worse. for about 2 weeks and then for another3-4 weeks of and on I had attacks. the anxiety was the worst I ever had. Dear Sir Very difficult to tolerate HETRAZAN. Took course in 1976 for Eosinophilia while posted at FATEHPUR (U P )Could not complete Oral course, switched to I/M unicarbazone. Completed course but remained drowsed with side effects.Now again in 2010 taking Hetrazen from last 4 days and doused with drowsiness,dizziness,sleepy,unable to concentrate.

I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long.
