I use Naproxen 500 mg when i am in extreme pain which cant be controlled, I have back and joint pain that sometimes I cant controll with Tramadol 50 mg so thererfore i take this medication. Its a very good medication to take and I advice everyone to take this if they need it.

To the person who was taking Xyzal for sinusitis and yelled at your boss I can sure identify with you on this. I previously wrote that while taking Xyzal I was hallucinating. The hallucinations was mostly at night time when I took the pills. I had hallucinations with my boss and co-workers. I kept my family up for 5 days and I lost a weeks pay from work. This drug is very expensive (approx $3 a pill/1000mG), and the side effects are horrible. Although they tend to diminish after 6-12 months, the itching and hot flashes are a sure sign from your body that something is wrong. Concentrated fish oils and other remedies work better, and will not destroy your body.
