I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. tried this for a month after being diagnosed with adult ADD inattentive type, side effects outweighed any potential benefits. Worked at first, though not sure how well - it was definitely doing SOMETHING to me, but never really felt right. Effectiveness diminished over the month while side effects did not lessen, discontinued after 30 days.

I come from a very allergic background, and I've tried other medications but I feel like Benadryl is the most efficient and gives me the fastest relief. The downside is that I do get very drowsy when I take it.
