I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. I just tried it and feel a lot better , I have had terrible sciatic nerve pain in my hip and that goes down the leg for nearly 3 months. Its helped alot with the pain and relaxs the muscle spasms with sciatica pain. Also really seems to have helped with the inflammation which is why I mainly wanted to try it. So I recommend it too for anyone that is going through pain with sciatic pain/ inflammation.

since taking one pump of estrogel daily i have experienced a decline in hot flushes but have severe headaches every day and generally feel quite low and have a lack of energy.I quite often feel dizzy and my head feels its about to explode I have also experienced a sort of wooshing in my ears and I am unsure if this is due to an increase in blood pressure?
