Nexium has helped take away my acid reflux. If I don't take it for a few days, I have really bad acid and heartburn. I like miralax because I am able to just add it to my morning coffee. However, it causes me to have gas very often and I do not like that. It also causes you to go to the bathroom more often, which can be annoying.
