My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. the only pro that i saw to seroquel was that it didn't seem to cause the obesity as bad as risperidal.

This is my second round with Lisinopril. I took it previously, lost weight and came off of it. Then, after life's innumerable issues, my BP went back up. I've been on it now for about another year and the symptoms are worse than ever. I've gained an additional 30 pounds that I can seem to lose. I took MARAX as a child in 60's, early 70's for asthma. I found it effective, but found it to cause a (to me, scary) side effect my doctor never mentioned: Marax caused me to "see stars" upon rising from sitting position; to the point that this "visual static" (similar to analog TV picture after station goes off the air) made it impossible to see, momentarily, upon rising. I was on Prozac for over a year when I first started taking it. My mother says I seemed to have a better attitude and I was altogether getting better.
