I have taken this pill for almost 2 years now and have learned that my body likes steady state pills a lot more than tri cycles. The only side effect I had was a small stomach ache within an hour of taking the pill for the first couple days, and it was barely noticable.

The first two months of taking this product worked really well for me and then the 3rd month is when things went downhill...i had breakthrough bleeding and was bleeding almost the whole month, my face broke out in acne, i had severe breast tenderness and strong cramps in the area of my ovaries...i stopped taking this birth control and im now on a new one.

My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. This drug is absolutely AWFUL!!!!! If I feel good one day out of a week it's a miracle. The abdominal pain, gas, bloating, constipation and dirreah is worse than being diabetic. I'm sick all the time and feel like I have a permanent hangover. If you can take something else, or better yet, not at all....do it. This drug cure is worse than the ailment.
