At this time, I think it is the worst drug I've ever used. I've just had my blood drawn and was found to be overmedicated, which has very serious side effects. I do not feel that my doctor was very concerned and he did not even see me for this. I was seen by the lab and his nurse only for lab tests and vitals. I left the office. Results for my thyroid panel were called to me the same afternoon. I was told to not take any more Levoxyl until Monday (this is Friday) and then take a half tablet.... View full comment

If a dose is missed I experience a buzzing sensation in my head...not ears...head. I also experience extremely vivid dreams....some unpleasant and scary.

I've used Metformin for about two years now. I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), and was prescribed Metformin in order to help me keep my weight down and decrease my apatite; I am also on birth control. Both pills are keeping my menstrual cycle regular. The only thing that is bothersome about Metformin is that, for the first few days when starting up the pills, I get nauseous and have an upset stomach/diarrhea, but it's nothing that Pepto-Bismol can't handle.

I started on Levothyroxine. but switched to Tirosint because my pharmacy didn't carry Levo. And since then, all of my symptoms that I had before I was even diagnosed have come back. Ive put on more weight, I have horrible acne, my skin is dry again, hair falling out, painful/stiff neck. But not there are new symptoms, like skipped periods (Ive taken two tests and theyve both been negative), bloating, restlessness, pain in my joints, hand cramps. This birth control has been effective in preventing pregnancy, but has not completely alleviated my menstrual cramps. I like that I can take this medication continually without spotting or menstruating and that it has a low dosage of hormones.

I have had Asthma my whole life, and I take this two times a day. I do not get any side effects from it but sometimes it does not work. I recommend it to anyone with Asthma because it helps me breathe much better.
