This was by far the worst experience of my life. When my 14 year old daughter's new doctor suggested the vaccine, I shared my concerns with my daughter's past Rheumatoid Arthritis condition and voiced my concerns for her compromised immunity system. Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made. My anxiety has simply vanished. Virtually no side effects. I was able to stop all tranquilizers and I now see the shrink every 6 months instead of weekly.... View full comment
