Listen to me if you don't listen to anyone else. DO NOT GET THE REST OF THE HPV VACCINES. THEY CAN HARM YOU OR KILL YOU! They can cause your immune system to over-react and attack your own body. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. The illness can be life-threatening. I am a registered nurse practicing for 30 years now-these vaccines are dangerous.

Everytime I get a headache, I take tylenol after eating a meal. Usually it takes about 3 hours for me to feel Tylenol's effect, in that my headache reduces. But I start feeling drowsy and sleepy, which sometimes prevents me from taking Tylenol on nights I have to stay awake to do work.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Was originally disagnosed with Lupus then it changed to some Inflamatory disorder. After taking 2 - 1000mg. of Carlsons Omega 3 and 2 Zyflamend. I'm finally painless. Much of my inflamation is in the bottom of my feet. I ran out for a couple of months and the pain came right back. I'm sold on this. NEEDS Vitamin Co. recommended this. Thank God!

I took levora for about 6 months and had to stop because the side effects. I had never taken the pill before this and didn't know what to expect. I gained about 20 lbs within the first 4 months and constantly had breast tenderness. I had extreme mood swings and a complete loss of sex drive. I often felt tired and dizzy, and for days at a time would experience terrible headaches.
