Please reconsider getting that third dose - it could cause much worse physical issues. Our daughter became disabled after the second dose.

I switched from Diovan to Micardis five years ago and started having "eye disturbances" (I know now they are optical migraines) so my doctor changed my dosage to 40mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening and this worked great for several years but in the past year I have had more of the disturbances usually when I break the pill and it's not equal but I have also noticed my vision (previously 20/20) getting worse and worse. What side effects do most people experience from Gelhist and related drugs? This drug works pretty well for insomnia, but it leaves me groggy in the morning. My head feels heavy, kind of feels like a hangover.

Pristiq is a terrible drug. It made me feel like I was on an upper. I had more anxiety with it than without it. DO NOT stop this drug cold turkey. LIke with Effexor, you will have terrible discontinuation effects, including brain zaps.
