My doctor recently switched me from pravastatin to simvastatin, since - despite weight loss and adding regular exercise and fish oil - my total cholesterol levels began to rise again. I have been on it fairly 2 weeks and its way to early to give any evaluation but as far as i can feel the loss of energy is interfering with my daily chores.Otherwise it has definitely reduced my anxiety and anger issues and i feel generally way calmer.

I am not a moody or depressed person, but since taking this specific birth control I have been having the worst mood swings ranging from being being easily irritated to sad/depressed for no known reason.
