cymbalta has helped considerably with some sensitivity issues I started experiencing since starting menopause. I have been on an antidepressant for the last 9 years for chronic pain and my body got used to them and they eventually stopped working. Cymbalta seems to work well.

This was a very expensive drug that my doctor prescribed, and probably the only one that had absolutely NO effects on me. It neither stopped my migraines, nor helped the ones I already had. I didn't experience any side effects, which is a plus, but it did nothing for the pain.

I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. The only side effect that stands out (in a huge way) is how extremely tired I am all the time no matter how much I sleep. I am prescribed Aderrall 3 times a day and the CRAZY thing is, I am still exhausted and a major side effect of Adderrall is supposed to be trouble sleeping (it's used not only for ADD but narcolepsy as well)!!
