I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

Developed anxiety/depression. Cry over silly things which is also effecting my personal life and my relationship with my boyfriend. I've become extra on edge and easily annoyed. Went from having an occasional pimple before my period to getting more than one throughout the day. Also not sleeping through the night.

My Daughter will be 13 in one month and received her 2nd shot of gardisil two days ago. Within 3 hrs of receiving the shot, she was curled up on the couch with extreme pain in her legs, dizziness, nausia, and a splitting headache. The pain progressed to her arms by yesterday afternoon, along with the other symptoms, leading her doctor to suspect Guillain-Barré syndrome. I did go to the emergency room for this 2 days ago. But I did not know it was for this med. I googled it last night and figured it out. I stopped immediatly. But this is only my second day being off it. I feel I can't be alone w my two month old and 2 year old. I was only on it for 5 days. Please tell me how long it takes to get back to a normal state of mind please?
