When I switched to Microgestin I started getting extreme dry mouth, especially at night time when laying down. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth/gums will be completely dry to the point where I can't make my own saliva. Also, I've gained a lot of weight since taking it. I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine. Have been taking Topamax for about 5 years for migraines. At one point I was up to 300 mg/day but am now down to 200 mg/day. This medication has been challenging at times. I went to my primary care physician today because I've been experiencing extreme fatigue and headaches for some months now.
