Yasmin was an effective birth control method but it does more harm than good. I was nauseous while taking it and had reduced libido although my skin did clear.

Horrible birth control. Increased appetite, increased weight loss, fatigue, mood swings. Had to get my gall bladder taken out. I don't recommend this Birth control at all!

monoxide has lowered by BP but are worried about pain in side of neck and knife like pain in left arm and left toes, these symptoms usually occur around 4am in the morning. I seem to awake around this time each morning. This morning I felt pain in right eye and felt yesterday my eyesight didn't appear that clear this is worring me.

I would rather take "Claritin D" rather than regular Claritin, but I stay away from decongestants because of a minor heart tachycardia. Taking Claritin regularly keeps the severity of my seasonal allergic reactions to a minimum, but it certainly does not stop all problems. It seems to be particularly ineffective at helping eye and nasal symptoms.

Over a year ago (9/2008) I fell very badly on concrete, with my left leg bent underneath me. After various doctor visits and therapy sessions, which did no good, I decided to do what a friend told me to do for months...TRY ZYFLAMEND! I hurt so badly, I decided to go to my local health food store and purchase them. They are wonderful. As long as I take one in the morning and one in the evening, I am virtually pain free.
