My 14 year old daughter got only the first gardasil injection and since has had seizures, severe stomach pain, asthma where her breathing suddenly stops for no reason, serious migraines and brain fog among other things. I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed.
