I have been using Nexium for a week now . The feeling of something caught in my throat is starting to go away .I have no need to take rolaids,I was eating a pack a day, I suffered for 6 months and was afraid to go the docter. prilosec otc worked fairly well for me. i'm not having stomach pains & heartburn as i was before. the only things i really noticed are i take the pill in the morning everyday. by the time it is the next morning, i feel the pain again until i take the pill. i'm hoping after the 14 day treatment that this does not occur because i will not be able to take the pills anymore. it is my 7th day on the pill & i've expierienced a piercing, stabbing headache in the back of my head & behind... While in the hospital for cancer, used the Fentanyl as opposed to the Morphine. Used a Fentanyl patch on my back. This worked extremely well, and I much prefer this over the Morphine. Not only was I not in pain but I felt that my energy levels were much improved!
