This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. I had been having sleeping problems for many years and I have been taking this medication for over 10 years now and I like that i have a normal sleeping cycle now. The only thing that I do not like is that I feel drowsy in the morning when I want to be fully awake.

I take it whenever I have cramps from my period and it takes away the pain in about 20-30 minutes! I feel better after taking it because I have no pain and I can concentrate more on what I'm doing rather than how I am feeling.
