This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). It helps some, but not a lot. I still have horrible reactions when I am around my worst allergens (ie: dogs, cats) even when I have taken Claritin 24 Hour that morning. For general seasonal allergies it does help keep them at bay enough that I can function. It can also help to dispel some of my headaches, if they are allergy and/or congestion-based.
