Started taking Topamax on vacation to gradually get up to full dose. Went very slowly--got to full dosage at about 4 weeks. I lost weight, but tried to stick with it because the migraines were so bad, but it only reduced them a little bit. At around the 4-5 week mark I was sitting in my living room feeling semi-suicidal and decided I should read the fine print on the side effects. Weird episodes where I feel furious for no reason...just descends on me like a migraine. My fatigue is better, maybe? At first, Provigil made a big difference, quickly wore down, and the switch to Nuvigil gave me a bit more energy again. It is doing something stimulating, since I've got much more anxiety and those rage attacks, but I don't know if it's really improving my quality of life or ability to function. Carbimazole is a new drug for me. I am diabetic and it has dropped my iinsulin level slightly. I feel emotionally low. No positive effects yet.

I feel sick, is there any other kind of treatment for stomach ulcer?, I just hope it will help me to cure my ulcer. I think it is too many pills I have to take, and I think of the possible damage it can cause to my body.
