09 Feb 2010 Got me out of severe depressive episode, but still experience afternoon depression sometimes. Don't like side effects either - cold all the time, OCD/paranoia/racing thoughts 2 hours before time for next dosage, extremely drowsy all day if take medicine in morning (have now switched to taking it at night). Because of afternoon depression, am also switching to new antidepressant to take with Geodon.

09 Feb 2010 It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. Also, I don't like the following side effects: Feeling cold all the time, especially in hands Stronger OCD tendencies than normal Moderate paranoia and heightened OCD 2 hours before time for daily dosage Extreme drowsiness if taken in the morning instead of at night (have now been instructed to take at night)

10 Dec 2008 I USED TO WEIGH 120LBS BEFORE TAKING GEODON I GAINED 5LBS A WEEK AND I REALLY DIDN,T EAT THAT MUCH IT WAS DUE TO THE DRUG SIDE EFFECTS
