i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

I am taking N-plate for over twp months now and have no side effects at all. My platelet counts are now steady to 50-70. 000 I cannot complain, I prefer it from prednisone treatment or a splenectomy.

I started taking Seasonique on Nov. 15th. For about the first week or two I felt fine. I noticed that about 2 1/2 weeks later that I hade no moisture whatsoever in my vaginal area and I believe I have pretty much lost any interest in having sex at this point. Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg.
