Extreme leg muscle fatigue/pain that remained a mystery to my doctors. This pil is horrible! Dizziness, depression, anxiety attacks, sex drive is non exsistant, can't eat, nauseous, diaharra, constipation, high blood pressure, tired all the time. Would not recomend. I was on it mroe than 6 months.

I used this medication at nights, and when I had troubles trying to sleep due to my mind running and being anxious about the days ahead, it really helped me to slow down and get the rest that my body really needed. Although, it was a bit strange since it has side effects that might include hallucinations if I stayed awake for too long on it.

I take Ibuprofen whenever I am having pain...especially for my sore knees. It also works well for headaches or other muscles problems. My family is a firm believer in using it!

I am only taking this once per day instead of twice as that seems to be enough although I need to check with my doctor about doing that. Sometimes I take it twice when I know I will be visiting someone with cats
