I spent most of my life trying to hide or avoid my problems with agoraphobia and panic attacks. I've tried everything from psych to behavior modification to many other drugs. While I am not panic attack free taking this med has reduced the frequence and severity of attacks. Claritin RediTabs are my preferred allergy medicine choice, especially during spring when everything's in bloom. It worked very quickly and I didn't need water to take them because they are dissolvable tablets. It was extremely effective. My severely runny nose went away, I stopped sneezing, and my watery eyes cleared up. I had a little bit of a dry nose, but I think that was mostly from using too many tissues.
