I would rather take "Claritin D" rather than regular Claritin, but I stay away from decongestants because of a minor heart tachycardia. Taking Claritin regularly keeps the severity of my seasonal allergic reactions to a minimum, but it certainly does not stop all problems. It seems to be particularly ineffective at helping eye and nasal symptoms.

I have taken this for 1 year and it had went really good, i went for my annual check-up last week and Saturday i started my cycle 9 to 10 days early. Benzamycin greatly aided in clearing up my acne, but in the long run, it made my skin very dry and irritated. I had to discontinue using it. With a moisturizer, my skin still suffered. Overall, it is effective but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin.

I do weekly immunoglobulin subQ infusions. I used Chloraprep once a week, prior to insterting the 5 needles that are necessary for 1 treatment of immunoglobulin, . For the past 18 weeks, I've been using Chloroprep and have suffered with huge (4-5 inches) and burning welts at each infusion site. Benzamycin works great on clearing up acne. It is much better than using OTC drugs and creams. Although it must be prescribed by a doctor or dermatologist and can be pricey, it is very much worth it. I noticed clearer skin that lasted.

I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier.
