I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I liked how the redi-tabs dissolved quickly and that they were tasteless. However, they weren't that effective in my case. My condition remained the same, and I took longer to recover compared to other medications I've taken.

I am 28 yrs. old. I have been taking this product for a few months and am building muscle again. I am no longer sleeping 19 hrs. out of a 24 hr day so my energy is back. I wasted 2 yrs trying to find out why I was tired all the time till I found a doc smart enough to test. Always get that to young for that comments. The only thing I hate is applying cream all the time. The new six month time released shot is looking promising. Can't wait for that.

I have found since I have been taking Betahistine that I have had shortness of breath on several occasions, which can be pretty scary. My mouth and throat feel quite dry a lot of the time, but that isn't such a big deal. I have noticed also that my nails have been 'peeling'. I don't know if this is related but it has never happened before I started taking Betahistine - and I have a pretty healthy and varied diet.

The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. With this side effect, your digestive system is changed drastically and I can no longer eat what I want when I want as it can be too rich and cause dia or constipation, whereas before I had never had any problems. :( I now have a fat belly that I have never...
