Terrible! Try getting off this medication! It messes up your brain chemistry. I ended up in the psych ward after the terrible anxiety after trying to taper off. I did not alleviate any nerve pain that I had or still have. It's cousin Lyrica is just as dangerous! I would not suggest either of these meds. Antisiezure meds should be used for that purpose only. I have been on it fairly 2 weeks and its way to early to give any evaluation but as far as i can feel the loss of energy is interfering with my daily chores.Otherwise it has definitely reduced my anxiety and anger issues and i feel generally way calmer.

Shortly after starting a short course of this medication I starting having irregular (skipped) heartbeats upon light exertion. It took me two weeks to put two and two together and I have now stopped the medication. I have had irregular heartbeats in the past but they had not bothered me for several years. Also, I have experienced difficulty sleeping including trouble getting to sleep and/or mid night wakefulness. Recently I have experienced diarrhea. This drug does not seem to be worth us...
