I have taken Ibuprofen when I've had sever headaches, cramps, and stomachaches. It has worked every time. I experience no side effects and it takes pain away pretty quickly.

How did it go with the gyno? There was some evidence in the trials that women who already had HPV when they got the Gardasil shot had a very significantly higher risk of developing cervical cancer. Merck shuffled the trial data to make the numbers go away - I'm sure some of the 're-dos' were legitimate, but hmmm - and got the increased risk down to where the FDA would approve it although they expressed concern. I tried for 5 days,and had all the worst symptoms you can. I even lost my mojo. After 5 days I stopped taking the medicine cold turkey, got my mojo back, and during withdraw I had the nicest dreams. I am going back to 5-HTP and other naturopathic anti depressants. They worked best for me. Better then being high all day and not sleeping for more then 2 hours at a time.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
